The company culture is one of innovation and speed, so if you are looking for a place that allows you to reach your full potential, this is the job to consider.RESPONSIBILITIESGenerate work instructions for mechanical and electrical assembliesSupporting production operations as needed to ensure workflow stays uninterruptedGenerate NCR's (non‐compliance reports), support investigation through resolution, and own the execution of dispositionsManage calibration and certification of mechanical and electrical GSE (ground support equipment)Provide technical and engineering assistance to team of techniciansComplete process improvements and corrective actions to increase efficiency of productionProvide manufacturing expertise to design engineering and contribute to documentation such as drawings, SOPs (standard operating procedures), etc.Create spacecraft assembly kits for rapid productionQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, electrical engineering or related field2‑4 years of experience for a level II or 4+ years of experience for a level IIIExperience with PLM, MES, configuration and data management controls and systemsExperience working to AS9100 process and standardsExperience with working hands‑on hardware and fabrication methodsExperience building and producing classified hardware in SCIF's or SAP facilitiesPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEExperience building space hardware including, but not limited to, fluid systems, structures, harnessing, or PCBAsCOMPENSATIONBase Salary:Level 2: $75,000 - $120,000Level 3: $90,000 - $155,000Equity + Benefits including Health, Dental, Vision, HRA/HSA options, PTO and paid holidays, 401K, Parental LeaveADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTSClearance — Ability to maintain or obtain TS/SCI clearanceWork Location — this is a fully onsite position based out of our Centennial, CO officeWork environment — the work environment; temperature, noise level, inside or outside, or other factors that will affect the person's working conditions while performing the jobPhysical demands — the physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting and drivingTrue Anomaly is committed to equal employment opportunity on any basis protected by applicable state and federal laws.
