Job Summary

Valbridge Property Advisors is seeking a Production Coordinator (Real Estate Appraisal Assistant) to support our commercial real estate appraisal team. This full-time, in-office role focuses on research, report preparation, and coordination to ensure the delivery of accurate, high-quality appraisal reports in a professional services environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the pre-production of commercial real estate appraisal reports
• Set up and manage assignments in web-based job management systems
• Research, verify, and enter property, tax, zoning, and market data
• Prepare exhibits, maps, and report sections
• Assist with maintaining report templates and market information
• Coordinate property inspections and upload finalized reports
• Participate in weekly team meetings and collaborate with colleagues

Qualifications

• Experience in an office or professional services environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and web-based software
• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to conduct research using sound judgment

Schedule, Pay & Benefits

• Full-time, in-office | Monday–Friday
• Location: Overland Park, KS
• Salary Range: $45,000–$49,000 annually
• Benefits include PTO and holidays, medical insurance, 401(k), life insurance, and optional dental and vision coverage
