POSITION SUMMARY:

Support all large format design needs campus-wide.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage workflow of production projects Support Marketing for campus events (all forms of signage for audience experience) Manage canvas framing projects Create and install facilities and directional signage Create and install University displays and exhibits Create and install University fleet graphics (not required) Operate and maintain production equipment Manage quality control of all production projects Interface with customers on graphic production requirements/maintain customer relations Maintain inventory of production-related materials Coordinates all production related projects Oversee project estimating and billing Assist other Marketing operations as needed Assist other University departments as needed Maintain and build relationships with vendors Support all university departments especially enrollment team Works with Director of Marketing on new equipment proposals/purchases and installations Maintains all maintenance and daily use of all large format printers

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

• Demonstrated experience in the signage industry • Experience with graphic color management • Experience with and expertise in digital wide format output systems • Knowledge of signage regulations (ADA, OSHA, etc.) • Flexibility and adaptability • Good interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to manage/execute multiple priority projects simultaneously (preferred) • Professional in appearance and presentation • Effective in oral and written communication • Minimum of 5 years sign industry experience • BA or BS preferred, Associates degree required
