DCS is searching for a performance‑driven Production Control Manager to support US Army programs. A focus on either Financial, logistics, engineering, technical support and/or management of advanced networks for military vehicles and equipment. We’re seeking individuals who are excited to take on meaningful challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and help shape the future of a fast‑evolving mission space. This position will be supporting multiple locations.
Required Skills:
Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
AA/AS from an accredited college or technical school in Industrial engineering or technology, business administration, operations management, or related degree with 6 to 7 years working in a repair or production plant. 2 years as a production supervisor.
1 academic year at an accredited college or university in an accredited preferred degree related post-secondary program for 1 year of experience.
Oversee day-to-day production schedules, operational and plant activities.
Review engineering recommended process changes to ensure process is appropriate with operating goals.
Coordinate maintenance and repair of machines to avoid downtime and delays, ensure production process and machinery are in compliance with customer specifications and professional and safety standards.
Monitor budget and utilize operational resources, participate in safety program development.
Manage, train and develop production staff.
Desired Skills:
Ability to obtain a secret clearance as needed.
