Job Responsibilities:
Read (or learn to read) blueprints/schematics and use measuring tools (calipers)
Perform basic computer tasks
Operate pallet jacks to move materials
Load and unload parts for internal transport
Follow all processes, procedures, and safety guidelines
Maintain organization and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, push, pull, bend, and reach throughout the shift
Lift between 3 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. regularly
Good manual dexterity
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong reliability and dependability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and cross-train
