Job Title: Production Operator
Department: Production
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITY
- Prep, scan or image sample.
- Preparation and data entry of documents for scanning.
- Data entry, sorting, labeling, copying, removing fasteners and examining documents.
- Operation and troubleshooting of scan machines.
- This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to stand for 8 hours and the ability to pay careful attention to detail for extended periods of time.
- Quality assurance of the documents prepped or scanned. Verifying that all documents were prepped or scanned to standards and that no pages we missed during scanning.
- Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
- Alpha-numeric typing of 20+ wpm and/or numeric typing of 5000+ kph
- Operate standard office equipment such as computers and copiers.
- Work cooperatively with co-workers
- Understand and follow written and oral directions in the English language.
- Perform quality control checks detecting and correcting any errors.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay careful attention to detail for extended periods of time.
Required: High school diploma or equivalent, Must be 18 year of age or older.
Required: Previous work experience using a computer
Preferred: Experience in the copy or imaging industry a plus.
