Mazzaro's is a gourmet Italian market seeking a friendly, hard-working, and self-motivated catering Production Cook for its high volume market.
Primary responsibilities include producing prepared foods for retail sales as well as catering. Our operation is fast paced, high quality and focused on customer service.
*A minimum of 5 years food service experience

*Bilingual Spanish a plus but not necessary
*must excel in fast paced environment
*Large batch cooking experience
*Excellent Knife Skills required
