Position: Production Operator

Shift: Day and Night shifts available

Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Schedule: Rotating 2-2-3 schedule, work only half the month with built-in overtime opportunities

Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Location: Middleburg, FL

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor automated bottling and packaging lines to meet daily safety, quality, and production goals
• Perform hourly quality checks including visual inspection of bottles, caps, labels, and finished products
• Ensure bottles are properly filled, sealed, labeled, and packaged according to production standards
• Load and unload raw materials such as bottles, caps, labels, and packaging materials onto the production line
• Clear minor jams and assist with line changeovers, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Monitor conveyor systems and equipment to ensure continuous production flow and minimal downtime
• Accurately complete production, downtime, and quality reports throughout the shift
• Identify and report defects, leaks, mislabels, or non-conforming products to leadership immediately
• Follow all safety guidelines, GMP standards, and food safety procedures at all times
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and production areas in compliance with food-grade standards
• Assist with palletizing, wrapping, and preparing finished goods for shipment
• Support multiple areas of production and perform relief duties as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet shift goals

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak and read English
• No experience required, training provided
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends as part of a rotating schedule
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
