Job Title: Production Associate

Pay Rate: $16-$18.27/hr (based on shift)

Schedule: Continental Shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm OR 7:00pm -7:00am

Production Associate Job Duties/Responsibilities:

• Picks, inspects, and packs quality bottles into boxes in correct configuration on
• assigned line.
• Accurately counts and inspects bottles to ensure customers get a consistent,
• quality product.
• Bags and/or hand packs bottles and places into the correct box on the assigned
• production line.
• Ensures each box is properly sealed to minimize potential for damage
• Notifies lead or technician of quality issues as they arise
• Maintains good housekeeping practices
• Adheres to safety policies and always wears required personal protective
• equipment
• Adheres to required lock out / tag out procedures
• Prepares supplies for incoming shift as required
• Label and band complete skids
• Listen for machine alarms and alert technician accordingly
• Perform related duties as required by supervision

Production Associate Job Requirements:

• Regular attendance
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to stand for most of the work shift
• Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds
• Tolerant of occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
• Tolerant of moderate noise levels
• Solid interpersonal communication skills required
• Positive attitude, ability to work as part of a team, goal-oriented, and passion to excel
• Flexible, dependable and solutions-oriented
