Job Title: Production Associate (Bagel Manufacturing)

Shift: 5:00 PM - 5:00AM (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $16.45/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Production Associate to join our bagel production team. In this role, you will play an essential part in the daily preparation and handling of our fresh, high-quality bagels. Your responsibilities will include mixing ingredients, shaping bagels, stacking them on large sheets, and loading trays for baking and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately measure and mix ingredients according to company recipes and guidelines.
Shape and form bagels by hand or with equipment.
Stack shaped bagels onto large baking sheets in preparation for the oven.
Load and organize trays efficiently to ensure smooth baking operations.
Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all food safety and hygiene protocols.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain production flow.
Follow standard operating procedures and adhere to all company policies.
Requirements:
Ability to work a 12-hour shift starting at 5:00 AM.
Must be able to lift, stack, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
