Production Associate

Our client, a door manufacturing company, is seeking a production Associate to join their Production Department. In this role, you will support all aspects of the operation, including door assembly, wood finishing, and shipping. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, experience in manufacturing, construction, or woodworking. 

Job Title: Production Associate

Location: North Java, NY

Pay Range: $18-24

Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

What’s the Job?

• Assemble and finish custom wood doors from start to finish
• Operate sanding, shaping, and priming equipment
• Install hinges, hardware, and weather stripping
• Perform surface repairs, staining, and painting
• Package and prepare doors for shipping

What’s Needed?

• Experience in manufacturing or construction/woodworking
• Ability to read shop drawings and use hand/power tools
• Comfortable lifting 50 lbs and standing for long periods
• Safe work habits and attention to detail
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
