Production Associate – Full-Time Night Shift – Durham, NC

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a full-time opportunity with our client, a leading producer of one of the world’s most popular trading card games. This position is located in Durham, NC and offers a consistent night shift 2-2-3 schedule.

This is a great opportunity for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.

Pay: $16.13 per hour
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Shift: Night shift, 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Location: Durham, NC
Job Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do
As a Production Associate, you will help support daily production operations by inspecting, packing, labeling, weighing, and preparing finished products for shipment.

Responsibilities include:
  • Follow all safety procedures and stop machinery in emergency situations when needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Operate and calibrate manual scales to verify product weight
  • Inspect finished products for quality, defects, and proper sealing
  • Pack products into appropriate containers according to work instructions
  • Feed displays into shrink wrap machines and inspect wrapped products
  • Weigh, label, and palletize finished products for shipment
  • Assist with basic mechanical issues and report equipment or material concerns
  • Follow company policies, SOPs, and ISO standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals

What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Prior manufacturing, warehouse, machine operation, or production experience preferred, but not required
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally and 25 lbs frequently
