Production Associate

Job Requirements

• Willing and able to work in a manufacturing environment that can be hot, humid, dusty, and noisy. 
• Strict adherence to safe work practices, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). 
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. 
• Ability to stand and walk extensively, and access all areas of the facility. 
• Must be a contribution-minded team player. 

Preferred Skills & Experience (Not Required)

• Two (2) or more years of manufacturing experience 
• Experience with press or extrusion processes. 
• High School Diploma or GED.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform assigned duties to support the production of high-quality ceramic products. 
• Prioritize safety and compliance on the floor at all times. 
• Maintain regular, reliable attendance in accordance with the attendance policy. 
• Communicate regularly with leadership regarding production statuses or delays. 
• Accurately update information on forms and in computer systems. 
• Keep work areas and the factory floor clean and free from hazardous materials.
