NOW HIRING: Manufacturing & Production Associates – 3rd Shift Location: Mount Vernon, OH Pay Rate: Starting at $21.39/hr with pay increase upon move to 3rd shift Training will take place on 1st shift before transitioning to 3rd shift. Our client is currently seeking reliable, hardworking Manufacturing & Production Associates to join their growing team. This is a hands-on production and warehouse opportunity working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing high-quality doors and windows. Key Responsibilities: • Operate small and large production machinery • Assist on assembly lines building doors and windows • Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met • Machine doors and windows for hardware installation • Handle material preparation and movement throughout the facility • Stage and package finished products for shipment • Maintain a clean and safe work environment • Support additional warehouse and production duties as needed Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or woodworking environments • Experience with doors, millwork, cabinetry, or building materials is a plus • Comfortable using measuring tools and performing simple math • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in a physically active environment throughout the shift Additional Information: • Candidates must pass a resume review prior to interview consideration • Interviews are scheduled for 5/21 • Background checks must be completed and cleared before start date If you are dependable, safety-focused, and looking for a long-term opportunity with growth potential, we encourage you to apply today.
