Job Title: Production Associate 
Shift: 2nd Shift Monday-Friday 4:00pm-12:00am
Pay: $17/HR
Position Summary
The Production Associate supports the manufacturing process by performing assigned tasks along a production line in an industrial sewing facility. This role focuses on material handling, product preparation, in?process inspection, and general production support to ensure efficient workflow, quality output, and on?time completion of production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assigned line tasks to support the sewing and assembly process (e.g., material staging, loading/unloading pieces, trimming, labeling, folding, or packaging)
  • Assist sewing operators by ensuring materials, components, and supplies are readily available
  • Conduct basic visual inspections to identify obvious defects or assembly issues
  • Move work?in?process between stations to maintain production flow
  • Follow standardized work instructions and production schedules
  • Maintain accurate production counts and documentation as required
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards
  • Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
  • Support cross?training and rotate between line tasks as needed
  • Communicate issues related to quality, materials, or equipment to leads or supervisors
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Good attention to detail and consistency
  • Ability to work in a fast?paced, team?based environment
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing or production line experience (textile or sewn products preferred)
  • Basic understanding of quality standards in a production environment
  • Experience working with piece?rate or quota?based production
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, or move along a production line for extended periods
  • Frequent use of hands for light repetitive tasks
  • Ability to lift or move up to 25–35 pounds occasionally
  • Visual acuity to inspect materials and finished components
