• Plan and coordinate pre -construction meetings between; Sales/Estimating/Project Management teams.
<\/div>
• Work closely with project coordinators to assign the correct man power to each job -sites.
<\/div>
• Plan and schedule all production activities, including material procurement, fabrication, and installation, to meet project deadlines.
<\/div>
• Work within Zoho Projects to keep schedules for projects.
<\/div>
• Work with project coordinates to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all production activities.
<\/div>
• Work closely with sales, estimating, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
<\/div>
• Provide weekly progress updates to management, including project status, production metrics, and resource utilization.
<\/div>
• Maintain accurate records of production activities, including project schedules, budgets, and materials used.
<\/div>

• Work closely with vendors to get quotes and achieve overall project success.
<\/div>
• Schedule crews and order materials.
<\/div>
• Utilize Zoho books to write subcontractor work orders and vendor purchase orders.
<\/div>
• Work with vendors when invoices or deliveries are incorrect.
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
<\/div>
• 3 years minimum experience in roofing is preferred by not required.
<\/div>
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of production workers.
<\/div>
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation techniques.
<\/div>
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, customers, and vendors.
<\/div>
• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
<\/div>
• Bi -Lingual Spanish and English
