Apogee Components is a leader in the model rocketry industry, and we are looking for a dedicated Production Assistant to join our on-site team in Colorado Springs. This is a vital role responsible for ensuring our high-quality kits are built correctly and our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.
What You'll Do:
Precision Production: Assemble and package model rocket kits, following specific work instructions to ensure every part is included.
Efficient Shipping: Prepare and package daily customer orders for shipment, maintaining a high pace without sacrificing accuracy.
Inventory Management: Assist with receiving new stock, labeling items, and keeping our warehouse organized and "pick-ready."
Team Support: Provide clear signals to the purchasing team when supplies are low and help maintain a safe, clean, and professional workspace.

Position Details:
Type: Full-time, Hourly (40 hours/week)
Pay: $17.00 – $20.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, CO
Reports To: Production Manager
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work in a physically active warehouse environment (standing, lifting, moving).
Reliable transportation.
Basic math and computer skills.
