Our strategy began with build-to-print and by-the-hour engineering/design services and is scaling into sophisticated program development, production, and the development of our own products. We take on highly complex systems and products, delivering product/systems design, automation, fabrication, assembly, and high-volume contract manufacturing for customers across aerospace, defense, mobility, healthcare, pharma, biotech, clean tech, chemicals, energy, lifestyle, food production, and industrial equipment.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Install and assemble hardware including screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, and related components.
  • Manage inventory of components, hardware, and departmental supplies to keep work flowing.
  • Keep workstations orderly and maintain assembly equipment for consistent performance.
  • Engage with Management, the Foreman, Operators, Quality, and other shop personnel to coordinate assignments and resolve quality issues quickly.
  • Complete all required reports and paperwork neatly and accurately.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Demonstrated inspection skills and an eye for detail.
  • Strong basic math ability.
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, integrity, and a strong safety focus.

Schedule & Location

First shift, 6:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, at our Re:Build Cutting Dynamics facility in Avon Lake, Ohio.
