Job Title: Production Assistant II Location: Phoenix, AZ
Shift: Monday-Friday | Typically 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Overtime required as needed)
Hourly Pay Range and Other Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is expected to be between $17.00 - $19.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role: As a Production Assistant II, you will provide production support within a manufacturing environment, assembling box-build integration systems and subassemblies while maintaining quality, organization, and production efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals with mechanical assembly experience who take pride in producing high-quality work.
Essential Responsibilities
Assemble box-build integration systems and related subassemblies by following work instructions and production documentation.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring proper separation of job kits, tools, and materials.
Perform basic troubleshooting and resolve assembly issues within your skill level.
Support supervisors with production scheduling, workflow, and work assignments as needed.
Review work-in-process to ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently met.
Complete and organize required quality documentation for production records.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a quality-focused work environment.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of mechanical or production assembly experience.
Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and assembly equipment.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Basic computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Soldering experience is a plus; a soldering assessment may be required.
