Job Title: Production & Imaging – Production Worker (Inserter Sweeper)

Pay Rate: $15.00/hr
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM (2nd Shift)
Positions Available: 3 (1 Sweeper, 1 QCDRA, 1 Insert Operator)
Duration: Temp-to-Perm Opportunity (Based on performance and business need)
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Workers to support automated mail insertion operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced production environment. Training is provided, and strong performance may lead to full-time hire.
Assist the Insert Operator with setup and operation of insertion equipment.
Review job tickets to ensure correct client specifications and machine configuration.
Inspect finished mail pieces for correct folding, sealing, address placement, sequence, and quality.
Sort completed mail according to US Government Client or PSI requirements.
Support production output goals, including:
#10 jobs: 120,000–150,000 pages inserted
6" x 9" jobs: 220,000–250,000 pages inserted
Help achieve job changeover times of 20 minutes or less.
Notify supervisor or on-site technician of machine issues or service needs.
Follow established SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Perform additional duties and cross-trained tasks as required.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to push and maneuver carts holding large rolls of paper.
Must be able to read, understand, and communicate in English.
Prior production, warehouse, printing, or mail processing experience preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and reliability.
Ability to multitask while maintaining quality and focus.
Must be able to pass required background check and 8-panel drug screening.
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
