Title: Product Support Engineer 3 - Secret
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Salary Range: $60 - $65/hr.

Introduction

We are seeking a skilled Product Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The selected candidate will work within our engineering capability team to support maintenance engineering activities across multiple programs. This role involves collaborating with employees and contractors to fulfill the NAVAIR Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Conditioned Based Maintenance Plus (CBM) contractual requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with NAVIAR RCM and CBM
  • Experience with NAVAIR policies, DoD requirements, and industry best practices
  • Experience with reading and understanding engineering drawings
  • Experience with reading and understanding technical manuals (Tech Order, Illustrated Parts Catalogs (IPC’s), maintenance manuals, etc.)
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or higher preferred
  • Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) by ASQ
  • RCM Practitioner Certification
  • Experience with GOLD, REDARS, and Haystack
  • Experience with commercial and military aircraft systems and modifications
  • Knowledge of various engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and systems

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Maintenance Engineers to execute contracted NAVIR RCM and CBM tasks
  • Perform detailed RCM studies following NAVAIR and SAE JA1011/JA1012 standards
  • Analyze system functions, failure modes, effects, and consequences to develop optimized maintenance strategies
  • Prepare clear, concise RCM analysis reports, including findings, recommendations, and supporting data
  • Gather and analyze operational, failure, and maintenance data from multiple sources
  • Support root cause analysis and failure investigations as needed
