The Product Success Engineer will work to support different products throughout the various stages of development and production. The ideal candidate would be able to resolve and document product issues and will be self‑motivated with the ability to work independently to meet product milestones.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTSRequires 80 % time in office (5 days a week)Willingness for domestic travel as needed (approx. 5‑10%)Assist with the development of Technical Documentation in conjunction with our India team.Assist PM department with PRD development.Install & Repair SOPs (Standard Operating procedures).Product use SOPsAssist with hardware design issues such asProduct designCustom cable designsManufacturing and cable drawingsHands on Installation support and product testing at friendly customersWork with Product management to review and contribute to product requirements for new productsAssist with development of internal procedures and processesDomestic travel as required for product support issues.
