Our Product Strategy and Operations team partners with Product and Engineering leaders to enable better decisions and faster execution.
As a Product Strategy and Operations Manager, you will grow in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment to support Trust and Safety efforts. You will bring order to chaos and navigate ambiguity, drive operational excellence, and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences. Our partner team, Trust and Safety, works on a top priority for YouTube - to keep its community safe and build trusted experiences. We believe that the world is a better place when we share and build communities through our stories. But, we can only do that because of our commitment to a foundation of safety.
This role requires a blend of analytical and strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong people management skills to support our leadership in a highly sensitive and regulated space.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$218,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
