Main Responsibilities

Develops expertise in current and emerging regulations impacting Qnity's business and executes action plans aligned with strategic objectives. Supports Product Stewardship Risk Reviews for new and existing products and applications, ensuring timely completion of action items. Collaborates with adjacent PS&R teams and subject matter experts to align guidance and regulatory compliance strategies. Partners with business, legal, and regulatory teams to facilitate regulatory submissions. Delivers tailored responses to customer PS&R inquiries, balancing transparency with protection of proprietary information. Engages with senior team members to deepen understanding of PS&R issues. Communicates product composition, properties, usage hazards, risk management measures, and regulatory compliance status to internal stakeholders. Independently partners with internal business stakeholders to set priorities and act with urgency to address their requirements. Introduces fresh perspectives to business engagement and demonstrates a willingness to challenge the status quo. Monitors and reports on key PS&R performance metrics. Consistently demonstrates Qnity values in all activities.

Skills and Behaviors

Proven ability to structure and manage large volumes of ambiguous, complex work using a risk-based approach. Track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives; Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in data management and analysis. Experienced in leading projects and influencing outcomes across diverse, multi-functional, and geographically dispersed teams and networks. Customer-focused thinking with a strong understanding of both business and technical success factors. Exceptional oral and written communication skills-clear, concise, and audience-focused. Recognized as a trusted, reliable, and uniquely value-adding resource.

Qualifications

Must be a US or Group B citizen able to access Export Controlled Technology. BA/BS/MS degree in science (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Toxicology) or Engineering. Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications and ability to manage and manipulate data in spreadsheets, databases, and websites. Experience navigating SharePoint sites is preferable. SAP experience is preferable. Experience with Qnity Electronics businesses and processes is preferable.

The Pay range for this role is $56,000.00 - $88,000.00 Annual
