Job Summary T he Product Specialist I manages data reconciliation and provides system administrative support for new and existing energy efficiency and demand response programs within the DSM Organization. This role supports program managers with budgets, customer IT capital projects, and serves as the primary contact for outside vendors and subcontractors. The position ensures program data is successfully transferred and captured in the system of record while assisting Product Managers in maintaining product requirements and implementation processes. Key Responsibilities Man age data reconciliation and system administration for DSM programs Support program managers with program budgets and IT capital projects Serve as the primary contact for outside vendors and subcontractors Ensure accurate transfer and capture of program data in the system of record Assist Product Managers in maintaining product requirements and implementation pro cesses Required Qualifications Ba chelor’s degree in business administration, communications, economics, marketing, or related discipline preferred; or 4 years of directly related experience General understanding of demand side management (DSM), including energy efficiency and demand response programs Ability to perform data mining or data analysis (SQL queries preferred) Strong detail orientation and organizational skills Ability to interact effectively with all levels of internal and external customers Effective written and oral communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applicatio ns Preferred Qualifications (if any) Experience with SQL queries and advanced data analysis techniques Education: Bachelors Degree
