The Team You’ll Join  

On the Tamarac Product Solutions Engineering team, we consult directly with key clients to optimize their usage of one of the industry’s most advanced portfolio management and trading platforms for RIAs. We solve complex problems for clients every day and use our direct experience to help shape the future product roadmap.

How You’ll Contribute   

As a Product Solutions Engineer on the Tamarac Product Solutions Engineering team, you will report to the Director of Product Solutions Engineering and work directly with clients in project-based work. You’ll contribute to the product prioritization process and play a key role in ensuring feature adoption across our client base. 

  • Partner with various internal teams to ensure successful completion of projects - new client onboarding, existing client best practice consulting, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Grow and maintain expert level knowledge on one Tamarac product.
  • Contribute to product roadmap prioritization and maintain active client and internal communication with new releases.
  • Support the Sales organization in the pre-sale process to properly qualify new prospects during discovery calls and provide accurate project scope for the onboarding process.
  • Serve as an escalation point for Service to provide guidance as needed on advanced client inquiries.
  • Properly educate clients on focused Tamarac product by presenting materials at Tamarac University.

 

What You’ll Need to Bring  

  • Minimum 4 years in a financial services atmosphere, preferably in the registered investment advisory space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or closely related field. 

 

Nice-to-Haves  

  • Proficiency in Tamarac Reporting or Trading.

Our Investment in You 

This role offers a base salary range of $71,200 to $88,800. The range listed represents a good-faith estimate of base salary compensation for this position and does not include incentive compensation, equity or benefits. Individual pay will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable pay transparency laws.  This role is eligible for an additional incentive component as part of the total rewards package.
