Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm Flexibility for hybrid schedule based on performance/business needs after training period is complete.
Responsibilities: • Provide support to our Distributor network, dealer or homeowners • Communicate warranty coverage updates to our Distribution network, dealer or homeowners • Ensure that product model/serial numbers are loaded into our system • Communicate with Distributor Warranty Admins via email/Salesforce cases and telephone
How the Product Registration Team helps our customers: • Provide website navigation instruction for registering products online • Register equipment for homeowners when customer has no internet access • Provide customer warranty information • Make corrections to product registrations as needed by homeowners, dealers, or distributors • Refer customer to correct person/team when not a registration issue • Provide customer with product registration confirmations when needed
Requirements: • 1 year experience in customer service • 1 year experience with Word/Excel/PowerPoint
Preferred: • Salesforce experience
