Product Quality Control Technician Cleveland

What Youll Do

Perform and manage calibration activities for manufactured and customer-returned products as well as measurement and test equipment

Establish and maintain device identification numbers and calibration tracking systems

Maintain calibration records and ensure all equipment requiring calibration is properly tracked and up to date

Monitor calibration due dates and communicate overdue items to department leadership

Ensure all calibration activities are traceable to nationally recognized standards (NIST)

Review calibration records from external vendors and verify compliance with as found and as left specifications

Identify and report out-of-tolerance conditions to the Quality Manager

Perform final calibration quality checks on manufactured products prior to shipment

Evaluate incoming returned products for calibration conformance prior to maintenance or repair

Maintain accurate calibration and receiving records using ERP systems

Support Sales teams by providing technical information related to pressure measurement products and performance

Assist in maintaining laboratory standards and ensuring timely calibration compliance.

What Youll Need

High School Diploma or GED required

Hands-on experience with instrumentation, gauging, or calibration activities

Working knowledge of pressure measurement devices (pressure sensors, pressure controllers, dead weight testers, etc.)

Understanding of calibration techniques and quality control processes

Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical procedures and work instructions

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and recordkeeping

Ability to manage calibration tracking systems or databases

Basic computer and ERP system experience preferred

Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, and Sales teams
