    OVERVIEW

    We're seeking a data-driven Product Manager to lead product strategy execution for a portfolio of strategic partnership relationships. This role sits at the intersection of product management, partner relationship management, and performance analytics, driving referral growth through both internal sales channels and external partner networks. The ideal candidate is highly comfortable working with data, translating performance metrics into actionable strategy, and building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders to execute against a product roadmap with P&L accountability.

    Pay: $50-$60 / hour
     
    RESPONSIBILITIES

    Data & Analytics (Core Focus)

    • Own monitoring, reporting, and analytics to track progress against goals, strategy execution, and partnership effectiveness, using findings to directly inform decisions
    • Design and produce regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards to surface performance trends
    • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, forecasting, and pricing analysis; monitor product and system performance to identify emerging issues
    • Analyze customer and channel data to extract insights, identify strengths and gaps, and recommend action plans
    • Break down strategic problems and synthesize data into clear recommendations for leadership and partner stakeholders
    • Track key product performance and growth metrics, using data to optimize financial outcomes and inform lifecycle decisions

    Product & Partnership Strategy

    • Drive execution of product strategies to grow referral business and partnership relationships
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, learning, and sales-force-effectiveness teams to plan and execute tactical strategy, including scorecards, incentives, targets, training, sales tools, and campaigns
    • Build and manage day-to-day relationships with external partners to identify problems, surface opportunities, and co-develop solutions
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional sales leadership to remove barriers, execute strategy, and manage escalations
    • Support development of business cases, including needs analysis, options assessment, and ROI evaluation
    • Manage product risk in compliance with legal, regulatory, and risk requirements; complete required internal and regulatory reporting

    Cross-Functional Execution

    • Partner with internal teams across sales, marketing, analytics, risk, finance, technology, and operations to enable strategy execution
    • Support the design, implementation, and management of core business processes
    • Communicate effectively through presentations and written/verbal updates to both internal and partner-facing audiences
     
    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience in product management, partnerships, or marketing, with a post-secondary degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
    • Strong to in-depth analytics and reporting skills — demonstrated ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with high attention to detail and accuracy
    • In-depth experience building business cases and researching market trends to inform product and partnership decisions
    • Understanding of product lifecycle management, including design, functionality, and related policies/procedures
    • Familiarity with product delivery infrastructure systems and cross-product interdependencies
    • Strong relationship management skills, with a track record of influencing without direct authority across sales, HQ, and external partner teams
    • Working knowledge of software and systems architecture (good to in-depth)
    • Solid financial and commercial understanding
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to varied stakeholders
    • Collaborative, team-oriented style with strong problem-solving and independent judgment
    • Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment, working independently and handling non-routine situations
