Introduction

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with extensive experience in Sabre technologies to join our team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical acumen and a proven track record in product management within the travel domain.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in Product Management
  • Strong experience working as a Product Owner, especially on projects with multiple product dependencies
  • Prior experience working with Sabre technologies (SOAP and Restful APIs) and understanding of GDS business
  • Understanding of APIs (SOAP and Restful) and system design is strongly preferred
  • Prior experience working with business partners to prioritize and determine product enhancements to meet business requirements
  • Knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework and hands-on experience creating, grooming, and maintaining features and stories in Rally
  • Strong analytical and technical skills; work closely with technology partners in defining solutions
  • Strong organization, communication, presentation, listening, and written skills
  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the travel domain
  • Understanding of systems such as booking flows, recommendation engines, or travel domain constructs (flights, hotels, loyalty, etc.)
  • Experience with data platforms, event tracking, and customer journey systems

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product roadmap and align product vision with business goals such as engagement, conversion, and revenue growth
  • Own and manage the product backlog, writing clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements
  • Prioritize backlog based on business value, customer impact, risk, and dependencies
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, define sprint goals, and ensure team clarity
  • Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of product increments
  • Create compelling product narratives, presentations, and executive updates
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value
  • Work closely with engineers to understand constraints, evaluate technical trade-offs, and make informed decisions
