JD :-

  • Requirements and Backlog Management : Work with the Product Owner and stakeholders to gather and define requirements, translate them into user stories, and maintain the product backlog.
  • Agile Facilitation : Participate in and facilitate Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and smooth delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication regarding product goals and progress.
  • Payments Expertise :
    • Payment Settlements, Understanding & technical know-how of Maniframe & AWS stack
    • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of payment systems, including processes, regulations, and market trends, to identify opportunities and ensure compliance.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving : Analyze complex data and business processes to identify areas for improvement, troubleshoot issues, and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Testing and Validation : Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), review sprint results, and gather feedback to validate that the delivered solution meets business needs
