About The Role
This position requires the successful candidate to work on a W2 directly with FDM. We cannot accept C2C, 1099 or employment sponsorship (e.g. H1-B) for this position.
FDM is a global business and technology consultancy delivering client and industry driven solutions through our 5 core specialist Practices; Software Engineering, Data & Analytics, IT Operations, Change & Transformation, and Risk, Regulation & Compliance.
FDM is seeking a Product Owner located in Tampa, FL to support a project in the Financial Services sector. Involvement in this project is anticipated to last initially 12 months but may be extended.
This role will be hybrid with requirements to be in office 3 days per week.

Qualifications:
Talents Needed for Success:
Solid understanding of trade lifecycle and Equity Clearing & Settlement products
Knowledge of financial services operations and technology; Digital Assets and Tokenization; experience in banking, capital markets, or financial operations is a plus
Self-starter with a solid ability to prioritize, own and drive projects, and quickly learn new concepts and frameworks
Exhibits solid understanding of Agile Software Development (primarily Scrum and Kanban) principles and techniques.
Prior experience communicating with all customers (technology, clients, finance, integration, operations teams) to engage in discussion, create user stories, and consistently deliver the right products and solutions
Complete the Product Vision and effectively translates into Product Roadmap and Backlog items to deliver the highest value
Ability to collect, analyze and visually present data via the use of charts, graphs or infographics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities
