Define, measure, and track business value delivered by AI-enabled features, including efficiency gains, automation, customer experience improvements, or decision support.
Collaborate with AI, data science, and engineering teams to shape AI use cases into well-defined epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria and Definitions of Done.
Translate AI concepts (e.g., model capabilities, limitations, confidence levels, human-in-the-loop needs) into understandable product requirements for delivery teams and stakeholders.
Review and evaluate AI-powered features as they are developed, providing feedback on usability, accuracy, performance, and alignment with user needs.
Ensure AI solutions are implemented responsibly, considering explainability, transparency, bias mitigation, and data privacy in partnership with technical and governance teams.
