  • Maintain documentation and change controls
  • Partner with a supportive manager who removes blockers and drives team enablement

What Helps You Stand Out

  • Experience in EDI or healthcare data exchange
  • Strong understanding of IT practices
  • Ability to organize complex workstreams and keep delivery on track

Role 2: Product Owner

This PO will sit directly with the EDI development team, owning enhancements, break/fix work, and smaller initiatives.

What Youll Do

  • Prioritize a backlog of tickets
  • Write requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Plan sprints and keep the team moving with clarity and focus
  • Understand SDLC, release schedules, and implementation requirements
  • Think strategically about the productnot just push tickets
  • Develop test cases and test plans when needed
  • Own the product vision and drive continuous improvement

What Helps You Stand Out

  • Strong product mindset
  • Ability to bring structure to a high-volume backlog
  • Experience with EDI development teams or healthcare data workflows

Core Responsibilities (Both Roles)

  • Define and communicate product vision and roadmap
  • Gather and prioritize business and customer requirements
  • Own and manage the product backlog
  • Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and business stakeholders
  • Lead Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, reviews, retros)
  • Make prioritization decisions based on value, impact, and feasibility
  • Analyze customer feedback and product performance
  • Ensure releases meet quality and business objectives
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business and technical teams
  • Continuously improve processes and product outcomes

Required Qualifications

  • Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Agile delivery lead
  • Release Management experience
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum
  • Experience writing user stories and managing backlogs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
  • Understanding of the SDLC
  • Experience working with distributed teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • CSPO or similar certification
  • EDI or healthcare data experience
  • Healthcare industry experience

If youre energized by complex data ecosystems, cross-functional collaboration, and meaningful impact in healthcare technology, wed love to connect.
