Product Owner / Manager
Position Location:
Primary - Pittsburgh, PA, 15222 / Dallas, TX, 75234 / Phoenix, AZ, 85016.
Secondary - Cleveland, OH, 44136.
100% Onsite
Pay Range: $65 to 75/hr. on W2 ONLY
Length of Assignment: 5 Months Contract to Hire role

Experienced in leading digital transformation initiatives, implementing enterprise platforms, and optimizing operational workflows through technology-driven solutions. Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable product enhancements, leveraging data, automation, and system design to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
Led implementation of new lending products, including Construction Lending and Home Equity Lending solutions.
Partnered with downstream servicing and operational systems to ensure seamless integration and end-to-end process alignment.
Directed Agile teams responsible for program configuration, workflow optimization, interface enhancements, condition management, user interface improvements, and system controls.
Managed Quality Assurance initiatives supporting high-priority regulatory and operational projects, including compliance testing and critical document validation programs.
ADDITIONAL RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
Managed initiatives analyzing performance data throughout the project lifecycle, from origination through servicing and default.
Collaborated with government-sponsored enterprises and investors regarding default servicing strategies.
Authorized decisions related project lifecycle and default resolution strategies. Led investigations and audit activities.
Led platform conversion initiatives to comply with project requirements.
Ensured compliance with regulations governing customer communications, consent management, and opt-out processes.
Served as senior analyst and subject matter expert for major regulatory implementations.
