### Job Duties At Ecolab, making the world a cleaner, safer place is our business. The One Customer team is seeking a Digital Product Owner, Executive Business Review (EBR). This role is responsible for overseeing the development of the divisional EBR product for the Institutional Group & Pest Elimination Group to ensure it effectively communicates value to our customers & enables the sales team to have great customer conversations. Ensures right experience and design Owns the health of the product, the product backlog and prioritization Writes user stories, acceptance criteria, and nonfunctional requirements (e.g. security, reliability, maintainability, scalability), and test cases Facilitates sprint reviews (accepts or rejects the work results) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Prioritizes and supports feature creation to achieve the most business value Coordinates project resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, and proactively reports out on status and tasks Leads business analysts, knows what the team can deliver, and drives delivery commitments. Partners with One Customer product team to ensure seamless user experience across application Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 8+ years professional experience Experience working in a matrix environment Preferred Qualifications Prior experience working with technical teams in a product ownership or similar role type Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous customer problems into meaningful solution Ability to relate to influential people and complex organizational structures strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Proven ability to work independently while handling multiple tasks Ability to work with minimal supervision and navigate matrix organizations to achieve business results Ability to exhibit team leadership; motivate and inspire teams to achieve their highest potential and communicate product vision & mission Well-developed and proven leadership, strategic thinking, & business acumen Strong oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, good attention to detail and use of sound judgment in a fast-paced environment Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The pay range for this position is $85,900.00 - $128,900.00. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
