Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for a Product Owner for their Columbus, GA location.
 
Responsibilities:
  • This role focuses on driving business growth by identifying opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering strategic solutions.
  • The candidate will leverage expertise in product design, requirement lifecycle management, and banking products to achieve impactful results in a high-speed work model.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the banking sector.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design innovative products that align with client needs and market trends.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable plans to ensure seamless execution.
  • Utilize Kanban and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows and optimize project delivery timelines.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and competitive insights that inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Oversee the requirement lifecycle management process to ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
  • Provide detailed business analysis and planning to support organizational goals and drive profitability.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and address challenges proactively to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure banking products meet regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Ensure all activities align with the company’s mission to deliver impactful solutions that benefit society.
 
Requirements:
  • Possess strong expertise in product design and requirement lifecycle management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects. - Demonstrate proficiency in Kanban and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows effectively.
  • Have in-depth knowledge of business analysis and planning, particularly within the banking sector.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Showcase analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges and drive results.
  • Display familiarity with banking products and their regulatory requirements.
  • Hold a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, with a maximum of 12 years preferred.
