Introduction

The Product team is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering technology solutions that align with business objectives within the Chief Technology Infrastructure (CTI) organization. This role serves as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, engineering teams, and delivery partners to ensure product features and initiatives are clearly defined, prioritized, and executed effectively. The role emphasizes Agile delivery, end-to-end ownership of product backlogs, and alignment of technology deliverables to enterprise priorities, while ensuring compliance with change management and risk standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience managing or supporting delivery of technology initiatives or programs
  • Experience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar delivery platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives across different stages of the delivery lifecycle
  • Proven ability to define and manage product backlogs and prioritize work effectively
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Certification in Agile/Product methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner – CSPO, SAFe PO/PM)
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on technology delivery
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in financial services or highly regulated environments
  • Experience driving outcomes in complex, cross-functional environments
  • Familiarity with infrastructure, platform, or enterprise technology domains (e.g., mainframe, cloud, automation)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (SAFe preferred in large enterprises)
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with enterprise change management, risk, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with portfolio-level planning tools (e.g., JIRA Align)
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities
  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
