Product Owner

Location: Carmel, Indiana (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner to join a team in Carmel, IN. As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in defining and delivering high-quality financial products that meet the needs of clients. You will work closely across multiple teams while providing value across different streams of business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and user stories.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure clear understanding of requirements and timely delivery of product features.
  • Conduct regular backlog grooming sessions and sprint planning meetings.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, using data-driven insights to inform future product development.
  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure products remain competitive and innovative.

Required Qualifications

Education: A Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within the technology, financial services, automotive, or real estate industry is required.

Technical Skills: A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment are required. Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA is also necessary.
