We are looking for a Product Owner (PO) to maximize product value by managing the backlog, define user stories, and align development with customer needs and company goals. As a key Agile team member, you will prioritize features, bridge communication between stakeholders and developers, and accept completed work, serving as the "voice of the customer".

Core Responsibilities
  • Product Backlog Management : Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team works on the most valuable features.
  • Stakeholder Management : Act as the liaison between stakeholders, customers, and the development team to define requirements and communicate progress.
  • Defining Requirements : Create, refine, and prioritize user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria to align with product vision.
  • Product Vision & Roadmap : Define and communicate the product vision and strategy to guide the development team.
  • Sprint Participation : Actively participate in Scrum meetings (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives).
  • Acceptance & Quality : Assess product progression, verify that completed user stories meet acceptance criteria, and accept or reject work.
  • Market & Data Analysis : Use market research, customer feedback, and KPIs to inform product decisions and identify areas for improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Agile Methodology: Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe frameworks.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Decision Making: Ability to make quick, informed decisions regarding priorities and feature development.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer feedback and data to drive value.
  • Product Knowledge: Technical or domain-specific knowledge of the product being developed.


Must have Wires, ISO-20-0-22 (book transfers, fed wire chips through clearing house SWIFT etc),
