Drive Product excellence through AI-powered innovation and operational transformation. CTG is seeking a Product Operations & AI Enablement Lead to help modernize Product Management practices by optimizing workflows, implementing AI-enabled solutions, and improving team productivity. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on professional with expertise in Product Operations, process improvement, automation, and generative AI who is passionate about enabling high-performing Product organizations. Location: Phoenix, AZ Duration: Ongoing contract Primary Responsibilities Lead Product Operations initiatives that improve organizational efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Design and implement AI-powered workflows that automate repetitive Product Management activities. Develop reusable AI assistants, custom GPTs, prompt libraries, templates, and automation solutions for Product Managers and Product Owners. Standardize Product documentation, including business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, roadmaps, executive updates, and stakeholder communications. Build centralized knowledge repositories, documentation standards, and playbooks that improve collaboration and accelerate onboarding. Partner with Product leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements. Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions that improve Product delivery, decision-making, and team productivity. Establish operational metrics and measure adoption, productivity gains, and process improvements resulting from AI initiatives. Support organizational change management through training, documentation, workshops, and coaching. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Product Management, Product Operations, Agile, Scrum, and Lean methodologies. Experience implementing AI-enabled productivity tools, workflow automation, and knowledge management solutions. Hands-on experience with generative AI platforms, prompt engineering, custom GPT development, and AI-assisted documentation. Strong process improvement and business operations expertise. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, or similar collaboration platforms. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to simplify complex business processes through automation and technology. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-starter with the ability to lead initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, Program Management, or a related field. Proven success leading operational transformation and process optimization initiatives. Experience deploying AI solutions that improve business productivity and operational efficiency. Demonstrated ability to create standardized documentation, governance processes, and knowledge management frameworks. Experience leading organizational change management and driving adoption of new technologies. Background working with cross-functional Product, Engineering, UX, and Business teams in Agile environments. Education Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Advanced degree or certifications in Product Management, Agile, AI, Lean Six Sigma, or Process Improvement are preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
