Summary: The main function of marketing manager is to run marketing activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans and managing marketing staff.

Job Responsibilities:

This is a product marketing manager role. This person is responsible for owning and running individual campaigns as part of existing product and GTM strategies across channels, partnering with product management, demand gen, creative, sales, sales enablement and other marketing support teams. Build and maintain relationships with core PM counterparts, create GTM launch plans for product releases and execute, analyze performance and make strategic recommendations based on data for how to proceed. Create sales enablement artifacts (battlecards, sales plays) and customer-facing collateral (web pages, pitch decks, blogs). Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share. Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development. Provides information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends. Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism.
  • 8-10 years experience.
  • B2B SaaS, enterprise audience, IT industry experience a plus.
