THE ROLE
Our client is seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. This role is responsible for owning positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy to drive pipeline growth and revenue. The Product Marketing Manager will translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives, enable sales teams with impactful tools and insights, and ensure alignment across teams to bring products and features to market effectively.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop and refine messaging frameworks and value propositions tailored to target audiences and buyer personas
Translate product capabilities into clear, benefit-driven content that resonates with customers
Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new products and features
Lead market segmentation, persona development, and channel strategy to drive growth
Build and maintain customer journey maps to improve engagement across touchpoints
Create sales enablement materials including playbooks, pitch decks, and solution briefs
Partner with sales leadership to strengthen positioning in competitive situations
Develop in-product messaging strategies to support onboarding, adoption, and engagement
Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform strategy and positioning
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, customer success, and design teams
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
4 to 6 years of product marketing experience, ideally within B2B SaaS or a related industry
Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies with measurable impact
Strong ability to create messaging and positioning based on customer insights and personas
Experience with marketing and sales tools such as CRM and engagement platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong storytelling ability
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Highly collaborative with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Experience supporting public-sector or government-focused customers is a plus
Compensation: $100k + bonus
