A leading manufacturing organization is seeking a strategic Marketing Manager to lead growth initiatives, market strategy, and commercial performance within a dynamic product portfolio. This role will be responsible for driving market growth, supporting profitability initiatives, and partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of market strategies for a designated product segment
- Drive growth initiatives through customer pipeline development, market positioning, and portfolio management
- Analyze consumer insights, retailer trends, and market challenges to identify new opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Plant Leadership to support profitability and operational goals
- Support commercial and operational P&L performance within assigned market areas
- Lead value-added customer interactions and help strengthen long-term customer relationships
- Evaluate product positioning, pricing strategies, production capabilities, and competitive differentiation
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives with customer and market needs
- Support annual operating plan development in partnership with commercial and operational leadership
- Provide leadership and mentorship across cross-functional teams as needed
- Travel approximately 30%
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 5–10 years of commercial, product management, or strategic marketing experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Packaging or related industry experience strongly preferred
- Strong strategic thinking, communication, and market analysis capabilities
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams
- Understanding of pricing strategy, profitability, and product portfolio management
- Strong Microsoft Office skills required; SAP experience preferred
