Product Marketing Manager – Industrial Equipment
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 per year Shift/Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (100% In-Office) Location: Charlotte, NC
About the Role PrideStaff is partnering with an industrial equipment distributor to find a strategic, technically minded Product Marketing Manager. This is a high-impact, in-office role designed for a professional who thrives on diving deep into understanding the market, and physical product lifecycles.
This is not a software or IT product role, you will be the critical link between our Engineering/R&D teams and the commercial market. You will understand the equipement and translate concepts into clear, competitive market positioning that drives revenue accross sales channels.
What You Will Do
Understand the functional, mechanical, and technical specifications of our industrial equipment lineup to articulate clear value propositions for B2B buyers and operators.
Translate engineering data into marketing materials, technical data sheets, catalogs, and banners, collaborating closely with graphic designers.
Conduct regular competitive analysis on industrial market pricing, configuration options, and total cost of ownership (TCO) to recommend pricing strategies.
Monitor and analyze industrial sales statistics, dealer/distributor performance, and market share data to identify growth opportunities.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical/field discipline combined with commercial business acumen.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or application engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- ???????Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional timelines (R&D, Sales, Supply Chain) to bring physical products to market.
- A proactive communicator who enjoys bridging the gap between the shop floor, engineering bays, and the corporate sales team.
