The Product Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for execution of COPQ Projects, shop support and execution of MRL Assessments (PFMEA, Measurement System Analysis & Control Plans among others) to improve Supplier and Internal Shop Quality and delivery signatures. Scope of this role will include both Pratt & Whitney internal shop and supply chain components.What You Will LearnExposure to Turbine Airfoil Production from Raw Material to Finish deliver Part.Familiarity with both Technical and Business for Turbine Airfoil CommoditySupply Chain, IPT and Operations exposure.Qualifications You Must HaveBachelor's degree in engineering with 2 years of prior relevant experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Engineering, or Quality; OR Advanced Degree with prior relevant experience via Research, Internships or COOP's.U.S. Citizenship is required due to government contractsAbility to effectively communicate (verbal and written), work and relate with people at all levels of the organization and be self-sufficient.Excellent knowledge of MS office computer software including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Able to use Minitab and other statistical software.Qualifications We PreferInvestment Casting experience preferredManufacturing of Aerospace Turbine Airfoil Components preferredProficiency in statistics, data analytics, DOE, and multivariate statistics using Minitab or other statistical softwareSix Sigma or Project Management Certification preferredSalary and BenefitsThe salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD.
