CIB Markets Technology - Product Manager, Vice President
MDL | Markets Data Lake
About the Platform MDL (Markets Data Lake) is the strategic data mesh for CIB Markets - connecting data producers and consumers across the firm to enable data-driven decision making at scale. The platform is evolving beyond data infrastructure into an intelligent analytics platform, integrating AI-powered capabilities, agentic workflows, and conversational analytics to serve a growing ecosystem of internal clients.
Role Overview
As a Product Manager at the Vice President level, you will own end-to-end product delivery for one or more areas of the MDL platform. You will act as the voice of the customer - working backwards from real user outcomes to define what gets built, why, and what success looks like. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy, data engineering, and AI - translating complex platform capabilities into tangible value for stakeholders across CIB Markets.
This is not a coordination role. We are looking for someone who connects the dots across business, technology, and user context - challenges direction before committing, brings ambitious ideas and defends them, and holds accountability for outcomes - not just delivery. Work is done when someone not in the room can trust it and act on it.
