Qualtrics, LLC seeks Product Manager in Seattle, WA.
Duties:
· Build and maintain the business case for products, including market opportunity models, user personas, and top use cases.
· Manage the entire life cycle.
· Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
· Assist the Marketing team in the go-to-market planning and execution, and messaging and positioning.
· Present information to customers at Qualtrics marketing events.
· Participate in specific sales opportunities, including customer demos, roadmap alignment meetings, and marketing events.
· Architect custom solutions for enterprise customers.
· Build and improve processes for collecting customer feedback, building requirements, and maintaining long-term roadmap.
· Participate in the business development and partnership building activities, including demos for potential partners and roadmap
alignments.
· Collaborate with other groups within the company to orchestrate successful product outcomes, including Engineering, Design, Technical Program Management, Delivery, Support, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field, plus 4 years of related experience.
Required experience must include any amount of experience with all of the following:
· Product management
· Technical domain including AI/ML, software, or data analytics
· Shipping software products including SaaS
· Using AI/ML technologies including machine learning models or LLMs
· Machine learning concepts/algorithms
· Working with data science teams in shipping enterprise software
· Data analysis and interpretation for structured or unstructured data
· Agile development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
· Enterprise software and AI platforms
