Summary:
Support the Helix OS platform product team with day-to-day execution across the program’s six platform pillars (data, feature engineering, model platform, decision engine, agentic response system, and foundation models) and three risk towers (fraud, credit, compliance). This is a transactional, execution-focused role that will support the Helix pillar PMs and reporting to the Helix PM leader.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Support running standups, sprint ceremonies, and weekly syncs for assigned pillars; keep Jira boards current with priorities, blockers, and acceptance criteria.
• Draft and iterate on PRDs, user stories, and migration specs under direction from pillar leads and senior PMs.
• Track cross-team dependencies and blockers across platform engineering, risk strategy, data science, and compliance.
• Manage the operational mechanics of use case migration: onboarding checklists, shadow testing coordination, cutover readiness tracking, and go-live gate prep.
• Own intake from risk strategy teams (fraud, credit, compliance) — gather user requests, document them and support pillar PMs to arrive at the right backlog.
• Prepare weekly status updates, steerco materials, weekly email reports, and decision logs so leadership has a clean line of sight into program health.
• Keep Confluence documentation current: platform capabilities, onboarding guides, integration patterns, and internal FAQs.

 
Requirements:

• 3+ years of product management experience in a technical environment. Platform, infrastructure, or data product experience preferred.
• Comfortable working with engineering teams on technical products. Can read and interpret API documentation, data schemas, and system architecture diagrams.
• Strong execution skills: backlog management, sprint coordination, stakeholder communication, and documentation.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile delivery processes.
• Familiarity with financial services, risk, fraud, or compliance domains is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with ML/AI platforms, feature stores, decisioning engines, or data pipelines is a plus but not required.
• Strong written and verbal communication. Can synthesize complex information into clear status updates and stakeholder-ready materials.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $65.00 - $68.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
