    Perform business analysis projects using advanced techniques (e.g., predictive analytics, scenario modelling) to identify strategic opportunities within the domain, influencing long-term decisions and value chain optimization

    Perform detailed evaluations of IT solutions, leveraging domain expertise to assess effectiveness and alignment with client goals, guiding strategic technology decisions

    Create documentation for systems, ensuring precision and thoroughness, while leading efforts to articulate sophisticated technical concepts for diverse stakeholders

    Perform specialized research on third-party products, providing in-depth insights on features, performance, and integration capabilities to ensure alignment with client needs and industry standards

    Create solution architectures and develop comprehensive architectural diagrams, ensuring scalability, resilience, and integration with existing infrastructure.

    Run the technical aspects of implementation by applying domain knowledge and ensuring scalable optimal system performance. Design and execute maintenance strategies to ensure long-term system reliability

    Experience working with Government Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs)Experience in Product Strategy & Platform Vision

    Experience in Stakeholder Management & Data-Driven Execution

    Experience in Experience with Agile

    Strong knowledge of mortgage regulatory and compliance frameworks such as RESPA, TILA, HMDA, Dodd-Frank, and FHFA guidelines preferred

    Experience collaborating with risk, legal, and compliance teams to ensure product features meet regulatory and audit requirements preferred

    Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or Product board for roadmap planning and stakeholder communication

    Experience working with third-party vendors, fintech partners, and internal technology teams in a matrixed organization preferred

    Strong ability to translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and technology solutions

    Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps for large-scale enterprise platforms, working closely with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders

    Experience and working directly with GSE guidelines and programs such as Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter (DU), Loan Delivery, or similar platforms

    • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
    • This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
